How My blog Started:
My blog was inspired by a lack of fulfillment and joy in my personal life. For quite some time, I felt as if I was missing something, which inspired me to invest in a journal and a collection of self-help books. Through countless hours of reflections and journal entries, I started to notice a positive change in my life. I was quite hesitant in starting a personal blog, more so I believed that I didn’t have anything of value to share.
I am glad to say that this journey hasn’t stopped to prove me wrong; this journey has been fun in terms of discovering hidden aspects of my personality, learning from other bloggers, and connecting with like-minded people. If I can do it, just know that you can do it as well, perhaps even reach a broader audience.
Advice for new bloggers:
The most important lesson that has tremendously helped me through this journey, is to take it one day at a time. It is a process; never lose faith. Obviously, there will be days where you are uninspired or you feel like it is headed no where. But, you have to keep going and to refine your skills.
The second advice I would add, is to start connecting with other bloggers and seeking any constructive advice that can give you a better idea on how to set up your blog. Don’t do what I did by starting everything on my own, which took a while to gain some traction. It is more efficient to connect with other people, that way everybody wins by learning from each other.

That’s a great origins story for your blog! It’s also cool that you travelled from Rwanda to the US, as I have thought of going there myself, but now I guess I’ll put all that on hold because of what’s going on. Thanks for sharing!
